We are looking for a HR Business Partner to strategically partner with managers and support the execution of key HR programs and initiatives. As a trusted partner, you will anticipate business needs, build strong relationships, and provide insights and solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role will sit within the HR team, reporting to Scribd’s Senior Manager, HRBP Working closely with members of the HR team and broader People team, this role will support the execution of HR initiatives across the organization including, but not limited to performance management, coaching, employee relations, compensation, engagement and retention, career development, and benefits.

Responsibilities / What you will do
Act as a trusted strategic partner to managers across the organization, providing proactive coaching and expert guidance on key HR areas, including organizational design, employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and HR policies.
Empower managers with effective performance management strategies, helping them navigate performance challenges and build high-performing teams.
Lead employee relations efforts, conducting workplace investigations and conflict resolution with fairness, consistency, and a focus on positive outcomes.
Play a key role in shaping and driving key HR Programs and initiatives—such as talent reviews, succession planning, and internal training—by contributing to their design, execution, and ongoing evolution.
Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and improve employee experience.
Facilitate leadership training programs to cultivate a high performance culture.
Partner with members of the HR Team to support the execution of the compensation and performance cycleCollaborate across teams to lead impactful, cross-functional HR initiatives that strengthen employee retention, satisfaction, and career development.
