Join a well regarded Australian owned and operated Health care business as a HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will as part of the broader P&C team be partnering with key business units to assist with all people related matters including leadership development & mentoring, performance management, employee relations and WH&S.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about HR as a profession and have exceptional relationship building skills. Every day will be different and will vary from coaching your business partners and stakeholders, handling ER related matters through to workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, engagement, recognition and ongoing development
Skills & Experience:
Influence and advise business partners on operational HR matters across the employee lifecycle
Became a trusted coach to stakeholders and managers and help drive high performance
Build relationships with stakeholders to drive HR programs and initiatives
Work closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of our company (e.g. talent, strategy, performance, remuneration reviews etc.)
Coach and support stakeholders to build sustainable high performing teams across the group through talent management and development initiatives with a focus on engagement and retention of our people
You have:
Tertiary level degree in HR or an associated discipline
Proven generalist HR experience within complex, multi-site, fast paced business
High level written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks within tight deadlines
Hands-on, dynamic, commercially astute, resilient, team player
