Profile
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, a strong understanding of remuneration practices, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in full HR life cycle management
Expertise in remuneration and compensation structures
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Strong problem-solving and advisory skills
