Your duties will include, but may not be limited to;
Interpretation and application of relevant HR legislation.
Delivery of people advice.
Performance management and grievance investigation.
Partner with divisions across the business.
Ad-hoc recruitment for white collar and senior roles.
Occasion training delivery.
Key requirements:
2+ Years in similar role.
Must be on a short notice period, or immediately available to start.
Mining experience highly desirable.
Degree qualified in relevant field.
Self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously.
