The Opportunity
Join our dynamic People and Culture department as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support and advice on end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR matters.
Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities as you collaborate with Council staff to address and resolve specialist issues, ensuring a flexible and solutions-focused service.
Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one) with some experience, or lesser qualifications with demonstrated work experience
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to manage conflicting priorities, tight deadlines, and work under pressure
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to provide specialist advice on recruitment practices, HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Strong capability in building effective business partner relationships within an organisation to achieve productive and collaborative outcomes
