Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for reviewing and updating staff contracts and employment policies, managing recruitment, reviewing and optimising training initiatives, and developing HR systems and processes to transition from current paper-based processes. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR guidance, supporting managers in HR best practice and staff engagement, while maintaining a strong focus on operational management.
This is a full-time role based in Adelaide, but we also consider strong candidates looking for part-time employment (minimum 0.8). The remuneration package includes a competitive base salary, superannuation, not-for-profit salary sacrifice, and the option for company car or vehicle salary sacrifice.
