Job Description
This is a Team Lead role handling entire employee lifecycle management for PAN India business operation.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the leadership team to establish people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement.
• Manage complete employee life cycle, building trusted relationships and on-time completion of important employee life cycle milestones.
• Participate in the development and implementation of human resources processes and programs, including new employee assimilation, performance management, employee rewards and recognition, and annual talent reviews.
• Handle routine employee issues, including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management, and counseling.
• Execute the engagement calendar for the division and coordinate with various functional heads to identify training needs and develop learning modules.
• Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent and implement end-to-end talent acquisition process for vacancies from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Qualifications:
• MBA from a good institute with 8-10 years of experience post-MBA

• Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries
