The HR Business Partner will be an Individual contributor who will have the responsibility for effective people management of the aligned business area spanning 200 - 300 employees across functions and spread across geographies.
S / he will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success. The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various HR initiatives, including talent
acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning and policy review.
Strategic HR interventions :
• Implementation of people strategy & organization design to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities.
• Design and recommend various C&B initiatives so as to attract and retain required talent pool.
• Strongly partner with business to surface ground-level risks / challenges being faced, and help devise solutions for the same.
• Review and analyse department level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Be abreast of latest trends in industry in terms of best-practices in HR and recommend improvements basis the same
• Implement and track communication plans for defined area of responsibility.
• Coordinate the performance review & appraisal process.
Recruitment and On-Boarding :
• Coordinating with respective HOD's and identify positions to be filled up.
• Analysing job requirements and prepare Job descriptions and specifications.
• Build reports to be presented to the rest of the team and top management.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Manage on-boarding and induction for the new hires.
Growth Planning and Control Mechanism :
• Contributing in the annual headcount planning and budget exercise.
• Coordinating with the concerned HOD's to arrive at the final headcount numbers required as per
the Annual operating plan.
Implementation of and keeping a track of the approved headcount plan as per the budget and
Exit Management :
• Conduct exit interviews for all employees
• Maintain and analyse exit interview data
• Loop back the feedback / insights gained from analysis and interviews to identify areas of
