Job summary
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to drive talent and organizational development and effectiveness for the rapidly growing Amazon's TSE teams in India.
The HRBP role for the team anchors programs such as performance reviews, promotions, succession planning, and action plans resulting from employee feedback. You will partner with your clients throughout the planning and execution for these programs, tying them back to the business strategy and key talent metrics. You will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver leadership training in partnership with central teams. You will also lead and participate in cross-group and company wide assignments such as design and development of talent products, creation of new job families and career paths for employees, development of internal processes and policies, as well as recognition and retention programs.
Across all these activities, the role of technology and building programs and products that work at scale would play a key role in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach senior leaders advise leaders on strategic talent challenges.
• Run diagnostics and formulate org design solutions including partnering with business leadership on site strategy, expansions, and employment models.
• Provide valuable input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies and practices.
• Review and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
• Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all stakeholders interests.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
