Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a highly visible role, focused on organization and leadership development, effective change management, workforce planning and performance optimization. The HRBP is a consultant to executives and employees to align HR program objectives. The role anticipates business needs, offers informed advice based on functional and business experience and will be a key member of the HR global organization.
Responsibilities
• Participates in top line business unit staff meetings and contributes HR leadership, builds deep understanding of the business unit needs and takes responsibility to anticipate needs or take action in support of effective human capital development.
• Provides informed advice to the business on restructures, workforce planning and identification of high potentials for success planning or further development needs.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Seeks ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes; implements solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practices.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and competently uses analytics to spot trends and issues (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partners with HR Centers of Excellence as needed on matters of compensation, benefits, recruiting and compliance.
• Interprets data and makes recommendations; asks critical questions needed to evaluate data; gathers, analyzes and presents data to managers, directors and business leaders and recommends solutions that support the culture and the strategy of E2open.
• Analyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders.
• Represents Human Resources department in SOC/SOX audits, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Leading HR projects as assigned towards completion.
• Models the E2open Operating Principles to sustain high performing company culture.
