HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner)

Hyderabad Age:
-32 yrs Max Required education: Graduate plus relevant field education; master's degree or diploma With minimum 2 years of experience working as an HRBP in any industry
Key Responsibilities:
To be able to work in a fast-moving environment and adapt to industry and business requites with a constructive approach To closely facilitate crucial HR decisions for the performance management and talent acquisition Develop the key arena for team members across the board to support the existing Score Card practice: starting from the probation period to deployment of a trained resource and from thereon, be able to meet the performance requirement Regular communication with the trainers to gather the feedback and rating for Score Card and maintain the entire cycle till the final confirmation at the end of probation period: issue confirmation letters and de-board the training resources to take charge of their responsibilities for the said role at respective studios Maintain a constant communication with the deployed resources to understand their concerns, if any and resolve them in a timely manner with equal support of the Studios Managers, Regional Managers and the Vertical Heads.
Work closely with the talent acquisition team to strengthen the existing performance of team members and to also initiate recruitment initiatives for the deprived resources from set expectations in a timely fashion Prepare a list of those, not meeting the expectations as per the performance colour category and initiate PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) in coordination with the line managers Take care of the associated online and offline documentation Key skills required: Excellent communication and people management skills Industry experience will be an added advantage Can also share CV over Whatsapp:
