About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of HR services to the Canberra office. This will include supporting the senior leadership, developing HR strategies, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. The role requires an agile approach and comes with great opportunity to cement yourself within this growing business, whilst working with credible HR leaders. There will be a focus on building strong relationships and coaching leaders within the business, creating new policies and procedures where necessary, and being able to navigate a complex and evolving environment, and working closely with leaders to implement effective HR practices that will support their 5-year strategic plan.
About You
You are a true HR Business Partner, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and within an agile environment. You will be degree qualified, and ideally come from a similar or well aligned industry. You bring strong generalist skills, with a particular focus on strategic partnering and relationship management. Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment is essential. While the role is based in Canberra, the ability to engage with a global business mindset is crucial.
