Are you a forward-thinking HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are recruiting for an experienced People Business Partner for a fast-growing, private equity-backed business that has tripled in size, who now boast over 1,200 employees. With continued organic growth and further plans for acquisitions, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is ready to evolve with the business and champion a supportive, people-first culture.

In this vital role, you’ll work closely with the Director of People and collaborate with counterparts across Talent and L&D to empower your business area. You’ll be at the heart of key strategic initiatives, driving change, enhancing employee engagement, and navigating complex people challenges.

If you love variety, this role offers it in abundance. With a strong emphasis on employee relations (not just casework!), you’ll support TUPE transfers, restructures, and cultural integration. We’re seeking someone who brings energy, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset to every challenge.

What you will be doing:
• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including TUPE and restructuring processes.
• Empower and develop managers through upskilling initiatives to create a self-serve HR model.
• Lead engagement and cultural initiatives, ensuring a compelling and consistent employee experience.
• Provide insights and solutions on organisational change, compliance, and employee development.
• Review and enhance HR policies and processes to support continuous growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor and champion for change, fostering innovation and collaboration.

What You Bring:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at HR Advisor/Generalist level.
• CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for people and culture.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a knack for navigating cultural differences.
