As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our leadership team and support our ongoing organisational growth and transformation.
About the Role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our diverse group. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about looking forward and guiding change. You will be a key member of the Leadership Team, working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives.
Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals. Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Organisational Change & Growth: Lead and manage organisational change & growth initiatives & projects, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive culture during periods of growth and transformation.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and review and implement development programs that build a high-performing workforce.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
HR Operations: Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services, including policy review & implementation, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Hands-On Involvement: While driving strategic initiatives, you will also be expected to roll up your sleeves and handle practical HR tasks, ensuring that operational needs are met.
Your skills and experience:
Ideally you will have formal relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a service provider industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Experience in managing change within a growing company.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and projects.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Enjoy working and collaborating with others, valuing their opinions and contributions
