HR Business Partner - Employee Relations & Engagement (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that promote a positive organizational culture, high employee morale, and retention.

Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and goals.

Support managers in addressing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee performance improvement processes.

Manage and conduct investigations related to employee complaints, grievances, and workplace issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Partner with leadership teams to design and deliver programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity.

Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement and working with management to develop solutions.

Provide training and coaching to managers on effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in employee relations, employee engagement, or a similar HRBP role.
• *

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and corporate policies.
• *

Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement initiatives.
• *

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends to inform decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in HR, with specific experience in employee relations, engagement, or organizational development.

• Working Hours:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
