What You'll Do for Us:
• Partner with leadership to lead HR strategy into the fabric of our business operations.
• Direct talent acquisition and management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead organizational design, development, and transformation initiatives.
• Advise and mentor management, championing growth and driving performance.
• Manage labor relations, craft a culture of engagement and transparent communication.
• Oversee comprehensive rewards programs, attracting and nurturing top-tier talent.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR leadership within a large multinational landscape.
• A firm grasp of global human resource legislation and a sharp eye for implementing compliant, effective policies.
• Strong influential skills, with a history of shaping company culture and driving substantial business outcomes through people strategy.
• Adept at managing a multitude of HR functions, from talent management to employee relations.
• Exceptional communication abilities with a focus on fostering a cohesive, collaborative environment.
