Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Driving various HR initiatives including Workforce Planning, Change Management, Recruitment, Attrition & Retention Management, Performance Management, Talent Development and Reward & Recognition, Employee engagement, managing employee grievance, Managing On-boarding and Exit interviews, formalities.
• Responsible for manpower planning and Providing guidance and inputs on Business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
• GAP analysis and minutes of meeting preparation.
• Supervising & guiding operations and monitoring work of various departments (HR, Accounts, Operations & BD)
• Assisting preparation of annual budget for organization in close coordination with all functions /departments.
• HR MIS Reports: Preparation of Various reports, maintaining dashboards, related to departments, teams, divisions etc.
• Can be a help in review, redesign and introduce HR policies, rules.
• Maintain employee information in various reports like employee database, employee CV's, preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
• Managing Vendor, evaluating performance, and ensuring payments are made.
• Continuous Improvement Projects – Employee Engagement & Recruitment increase in quality and reduction in TAT.
• HR Annual Report & Quarterly News letters
• Rewards &Recognition end to end
• Internal & External Communication
• Planning and Execution of various events (Annual Awards, health talks etc)
• Performance Mechanism for new business lines
• MIS Reports
• Vendor Management
• Excellent Excel Knowledge (Vlook up, Hlook up)
