Responsibilities
This role reports to the Human Resources Business Leader and will also provide remote HR support to additional sites and field-based employees
As a HR Business Partner, you will perform Human Resources-related duties at the professional level and act as the HR support to execute HR strategies and implement programs and initiatives to drive overall business success for 140+ onsite employees and additional field-based employees
Your professionalism and ability to build strong relationships will be utilized to contribute at both a hands-on and strategic level
In particular, the HR Business team provides support in the following functional areas: HR administration (recruitment, compensation, exit interviews, etc.), compliance, on-boarding, retention, employee engagement, benefits, employee relations, training, organizational development, change management, workforce planning and performance management
Serving out of our Alpharetta, GA Resource Center (ARC), your expertise and strong business acumen will be valued by your internal stakeholders and HR colleagues, helping to identify solutions to build culture and deliver results
This role will require occasional travel, partnering with senior line managers and HR leaders to support the execution of HR programs and initiatives

Assisting management with performance management; performance evaluation process, training, goal alignment, etc
Partnering with broader HR Business Team to implement Leadership Development opportunities, which includes creating content, utilizing existing resources, and facilitating to the client group and occasionally across business units as needed
Leading, developing, and/or supporting retention initiatives: 30-60-90-day check-ins for new hires, stay interviews for existing employees, and cultural initiatives in all locations
Leading and/ or supporting employee onboarding: site tours, I-9 credentialing, direct deposit systems access, facilitating orientation, training (OJT / regulatory), etc
Being the initial point of contact for employee relations issues, Managing and resolving complex issues, knowing when to escalate
Assisting / guiding management on policy interpretation, laws, and regulatory compliance
Creating and maintaining communication for the site (bulletin boards, email, etc.)
Ensuring appropriate tools are used to support recruitment activity from end to end by being the liaison between staffing agencies for contract labor, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers
Conducting exit interviews
Supp orting other initiatives as requested

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, General Business, Management, or related.
• Five (5) years’ relevant HR generalist experience with demonstrated success partnering with Business Leaders, Compensation Teams, and Talent Acquisition Partners to address employee retention and hiring strategies in a high-volume, fast-paced, mid-sized Operations environment,
