Department - Human Resources
Location - Jaipur Regional Office (Mansarovar)
Position reporting to - Sr. Manager
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities Will handle HRPB/Talent Acquisition for Rajasthan state with team size of 3 RHR
Functional Responsibilities
Strong fundamental knowledge in HR
Manage the entire Employee Life cycle for employees
Working on Job Portals
Recruitment exposure is must
Candidate Onboarding process
On time support to HO HR and other stakeholders
Data Management for assigned task
Job Requirements
Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma or certification in Human Resources
Experience - 5 + Years of experience in HRBP role in NBFC industry, preferred from MFI

Well versed with excel skills
