Job Summary
The Senior Executive HR Urgent role plays a pivotal part in driving key Human Resources Business Partner functions, spearheading talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Main Responsibilities:
Promote strategic partnership with business units on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Effectively manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire experience.
Design and implement employee engagement, reward & recognition, and employer branding initiatives.
Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
Support internal communication plans and culture-building programs to enhance employee experience.
Maintain accurate HR data, prepare HRMIS reports, and ensure policy adherence and compliance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
35 years of experience in HRBP and employee engagement roles, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development and culture building.
