Job Description
Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Partner with key stakeholders, including department heads and executives, to understand their needs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure HR initiatives are successfully implemented and maintained.
Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for solutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the healthcare sector, and proactively make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Collaborate with other HR professionals and departments within the organization to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices and policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
Handle escalated employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Partner with the training and development team to identify and address training needs for employees and managers.
Manage and monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related initiatives and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour laws.
Serve as a role model and advocate for the organization's values and mission, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
