HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at a SaaS company located in Baroda:
Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager

Job Overview:
The HRBP Executive will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the company s employees and business units. The role involves partnering with the leadership team to drive HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, such as employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and facilitating investigations.
• Facilitate and support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Stay current on HR laws and regulations, and ensure the company is in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Collaborate with HR team members on special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
