Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can take ownership and proactively drive key HR initiatives within the organization. This role involves closely partnering with the founder and senior management to build a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and lead critical HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, empathetic, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Performance Management:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance management frameworks.
Set clear KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor performance regularly, providing feedback and improvement recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Strategic HR Partnership:
Partner closely with the founder and leadership to make strategic HR decisions aligned with company objectives.
Provide data-backed recommendations and insights to drive HR and organizational decisions.
Actively participate in organizational planning, restructuring, and strategic projects.
# Data-driven HR:
Maintain, analyze, and report HR metrics regularly to the leadership team.
Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions related to workforce planning, engagement, performance, and attrition.
# Employee Relations & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and manage complex employee relations issues.
Ensure open and transparent communication between management and employees.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HRBP experience, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven track record in performance management, setting and tracking KRAs and KPIs.
Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel or HR analytics tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualities:
Excellent emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize and handle grievances effectively.
Prior experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
