RediMed is an industry-leading occupational healthcare business with over 15 years of experience. We have 6 clinics in Western Australia and have recently expanded into Queensland and Victoria. Our mission is to create a healthier, more resilient Australia, and we're looking for a passionate HR professional to help us achieve this goal.
This role can be based in Brisbane (Eagle Farm) or Perth (Joondalup and Belmont), with two days WFH.
The Role
Reporting to the COO, this autonomous, national role plays a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious growth plans. As we aim to triple our revenue and human capital over the next five years, you'll be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies and practices, working with a supportive and collaborative leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Put the Hero in Employment Hero by ensuring our system is in the best shape possible to support our growth, empower people managers, provide reporting and data, and ensure our system is set up for success for growth.
In partnership with our COO set and implement the People & HR strategy, and manage projects including the creation of our EVP, talent pipeline development, and strategic partnerships to put RediMed at the forefront of employer brand.
Collaborate with our fantastic on the ground team with talent acquisition support and recruitment strategy and provide operational support as needed.
Manage and implement the HR calendar, setting in place a cadence for salary review, performance reviews, and process improvement to ensure efficient day to day operational management.

What We're Looking For
6+ years working in HR, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current employment legislation.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build working relationships at all levels.
Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a high-growth environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
