About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy.
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to both manufacturing and real estate sectors.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and project-based hiring.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performing workforce while maintaining a compliant and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles across manufacturing units and real estate projects.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and employee referrals.
• Manage onboarding, induction programs, and employee documentation.
• Build a talent pipeline for critical roles and reduce time-to-hire.
HR Strategy & Operations
Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Align HR strategies with business goals and maintain company policies.
• Lead performance management and appraisal cycles.
• Facilitate training, upskilling, and development programs based on business needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a Positive Workplace Culture: Address employee grievances, handle disciplinary procedures, and mediate workplace conflicts.
• Design and execute employee engagement activities across departments and project sites.
Key Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
• Labor laws, factory compliance, and real estate-specific HR challenges.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in HR software tools (SAP, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
