• Induction for new joinees
• Providing inputs in formalizing HR processes and policies and implementation of the same
• Job analysis, Competency mapping and formulating Job Descriptions.
• Confirmation Letters.
• Facilitate Disciplinary action
• HR policies updation
• Employee Relations
• Conducting Open House sessions with agents to understand their issues and resolve them at the earliest.
• Daily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns
• Communicating HR policies and processes to employees
• Inform employees about Accelerated Growth Programme and Hippo programme
• Conducting focus groups and meeting with employees to understand their concerns
• Assistance in organizing of get-togethers, picnics, parties, etc.
• Process Improvements
• Adherence to information security policy
