What’s a typical day as HR Compensation Analyst? You’ll be:
– Managing the talent acquisition and onboarding process, including posting job openings, vetting resumes, and facilitating new hire orientation.
– Administering employee benefits programs and providing support to employees regarding health benefits, 401(k) plans, and more.
– Supporting management with performance management and employee relations, including conducting investigations and reporting findings to the Senior Manager.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge in employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.
– Bilingual in English and Japanese, with proficiency in web/cloud-based HRIS and payroll processing systems.
– Demonstrate excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
