DESIGNATION : HR Executive – Compliance
REPORTS TO : Senior Manager-HR/ CEO/ Director
LOCATION : Pyome Infra Solutions Pvt Ltd., Head Office , Bangalore
JOB SUMMARY
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for complete HR activities including hiring, compensation and benefits, appraisals, statutory compliances etc.
Coordination and Implementation of all policies as enumerated in the HR manual.
Creation of ESI/EPF & registration.
Coordination of Conduct of all types of interviews, on boarding processes etc.
Implementation of mandatory regulation with respect to standard deductions and all aspects related to HSE.
Conduct and attend of all mandatory audits both in PYOME as well as clients office.
Administration and execution of monthly employee’s payroll.
External/Internal Employee’s assessment and coordination of R&R program.
Liaison duties with various government offices with regard to HR functions.
Responsible for maintaining social calendar and conduct of social and extracurricular activities.
Attending customer compliance audit and submission of monthly, half yearly and annual compliance reports.
