Job Description
Ability to independently handle the monthly, quarterly and Annual forms, return filling, etc with regards to ESI, PF, Professional tax, LWF etc.
Must have strong knowledge in the various statutory forms
Amendments and renewal of licences under Shops Act and contract labour act
Liasoning with external statutory authorities
Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps in time.
Preparing Monthly / Yearly MIS report.
Ability to address queries from Employees/Employer and resolve issue.
Keen on on the updates on statutory compliances.
Must have knowledge on all act related to factories and shop establishment
Technical Qualification Required
Minimum 6-7 years of experience
