Mandatory Skills:-
3-4 years of experience
Person must be an extrovert personality.
Person must be able to prepare PPT(Power point presentation)
Must be ready to take adhoc projects for other linked HR departments like HRops/HRBP/TA etc
Person must be willing and should be ready to offer extended help as and when required to other internal HR teams
Person should have positive and result oriented nature
Must have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:-
Active participation in Meet and Greet engagement activity for offered candidates.
Helping with Onboarding experience for new hires (buddy for trainees) + new hire joining formalities when workload is heavy.
Should take up the Employee referral celebrations and initiatives.
Involvement in Migration of India HR Policies Documents and work with each function to get the policies updated from time-to-time.
Will be doing Benefits survey findings collation, FAQ curation, etc.,
Will be doing Employment Service anniversary email greetings/e-plaques design.
Will be involved into preparing Service Anniversary recipients' pictures on the intranet page.
Will be involved into Wellness App program/vendor liaison/admin SPOC /employee queries.
Will be participating into HR stay interviews in collaboration with HRBPs
Active participation HR floor walks activities in partnership with HRBPs
Interreacting for Employee Relations with on going attrition, regular employee touch points in collaboration with the HRBPs
Will be sending Monthly theme-based emailers to employees.
Participating for branding initiatives - Core values/ Lanyards/ signages/
Will be involved into Liaison with Marketing team for Altera India branding including publishing articles/communications/ engagement initiatives at the Altera Twitter and LinkedIn handles.
Will be doing HR awards preparation materials (external platforms)
Will be preparing India newsletter.
Will be preparing ELT visitors' agenda planning and meeting management.
Will be taking out employee round table meeting notes
Must be involved into Engagement initiatives through employee committees.
Must be taking Exit interviews (either post the exit survey and/or for selective population)
