Are you a commercially minded HR Business Partner that has always been interested in exploring the world of HR Consultancy?
Do you want to be an extension of a fantastic, people centric, progressive organisation, supporting a variety of organisations within the Education Sector?
This is a really unique role where you will be working as part of a highly commercial HR Consultancy team. Supported by a team of HR Advisors, this role will be leading on a variety of HR support and guidance, from creating strategic people plans, to delivering on ER cases and driving restructures or projects across different Education organisations.
You will also have a responsibility to introduce new clients to the business through attending networking events and speaking at conferences. This, on average, will make up 10-15% of your role, with the remaining 85-+0% supporting current clients of the consultancy.
You will have access to the very best Employment Lawyers, to be able to provide both pragmatic and technical advice on a range of complex HR matters.

• Supporting multiple clients, from SMEs to Large businesses across the Education Sector
• Provide pragmatic advice and support on a variety of people challenges and employee relations cases
• Work with Senior Leadership Teams to create strategic people plans for multiple businesses
• Lead on change management projects, such as restructures and TUPE processes for multiple clients
• Attend networking events and speak at conferences to promote the consultancy and bring on new clients
• Work closely with Employment Lawyers to both upskill your technical knowledge and provide pragmatic and technically sound advice
