Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist with screening resumes and applications with Sr Recruitment Consultants.
• Assist with recruitment activities and coordination, which may include meeting compliance.
• Collect, update and maintain the database of recruitment.
• Help in preparing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
• Plan, Call and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Prepare Daily reports and update the hiring superiors/ mentors.
• Provide support in administering HR Activities.
• Fulfil tasks set out by CEO and Mentors/superiors.
• Attend meetings and take minutes.
• Perform tasks and complete the given work at a supervisor's request.
