Job Description
This is a full-time role based at NCR. You will be responsible for 'Talent Hunt & Acquisition' through enrolments and team management, analytical skills, communication, training, and positioning the TE&R program as a consistently recommended service.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the 'Talent Encouragement & Recruitment' program (TE&R).
• Utilizing HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Managing and organizing each batch to ensure accurate employee participation and performance information.
• Communicating and collaborating with the dean, academic director, and placement directors to actively and effectively pitch compelling aspects of the TE&R program.
• Engaging with universities, colleges, and institutes to align the TE&R program with their academic curriculum.
• Developing financial literacy curriculum improvements for aspiring batches.
• Supporting training and development initiatives for the program, performing consistent performance assessments, and managing current batches as well as final hires with TE&R practices.
