Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition while maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
• Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements.
• Conduct headhunting and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases; manage MIS reports.
Job Posting and Advertising
• Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and professional interview experience.
Candidate Relationship Management
• Build rapport and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidates informed about their status and next steps.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding
• Assist in salary negotiations with selected candidates.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes.
Compliance and Documentation
• Conduct reference checks post-joining on behalf of clients.
• Collect and compile necessary documents from selected candidates.
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Networking ability and proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Qualifications
• Any Graduate
• Prior experience in recruitment (agency ) is a must
Compensation
• Negotiable based on your current CTC + Incentives
