HR Coordinator | 6 Months Contract

Roles and Responsibilities

· Responsible for entire HR Operations.

· Maintaining Leave records & attendance.

· Assisting in maintaining and updating employee's database, salary structure & attendance

· Preparing BOND Letters, Offer Letters & scanning and uploading in the system

· Uploading signed Offers & NDAs on system

· Taking care of payroll related statutory like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, bonus & Gratuity.

· Maintain all the record of new joined and left employees detail.

· Maintaining Sodexo Attendance data & pay out

· Getting BGV done from Candidates

· Assisting in handling grievances of employees related to Salary, increment, PF & insurance, etc.

· Assisting in PF documentation.

· Should be hard-working and dedicated

· Should adhere to the deadlines

· Should be excellent in Excel

· Should have knowledge of statutory compliance and legal process

Qualification & Experience

· Any graduation

· Experience of working with senior leadership team
