We’re a leading not-for-profit provider dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic People, Learning, and Culture Coordinator to join our team based in the North Shore.
What You’ll Do:
As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR. From managing job advertisements, to keeping our HR systems shipshape, you’ll be the engine that keeps our team running smoothly. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with our Head of HR, helping to drive key people initiatives across the organization.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Being the friendly first point of contact for all HR enquiries (we’re all about making people feel welcome!).
- Supporting our facility administration teams and leaders with 1st-tier HR advice and assistance.
- Keeping our employee records in tip-top shape.
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including drafting job ads (like this one!), scheduling interviews, and managing contracts.
- Coordinating with people on-the-ground to delivery staff events
- Working with the HR team to deliver and coordinate board reports
- Helping with the onboarding of volunteers – the lifeblood of our organization.
What You’ll Bring:
- A love and experience for multitasking and keeping things organised – you’re the one who always has everything under control!
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A knack for working independently, but also a team player at heart.
- Experience in a busy office environment (HR experience is a big plus!).
- Tertiary Education or on your way to achieving Tertiary education in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related degree.
