2 Year / Associate Degree preferably in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
1-3 years of experience years of experience in recruiting or general Human Resources
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities
Serve alongside Senior HR Business Partners and HR Partners to fulfill HR functions and assist with event planning, processes, and employee recognition as assigned
Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs and using the candidate tracking tool to provide the information requested
Research and propose new ways to recruit for roles in U.S. Capacity
Attend recruiting events as assigned on behalf of Cru
Post and remove RMO roles on the RMO Job Board for U.S. Capacity
Conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, check references, request background checks, and process new hire paperwork (I-+, W-2, etc.)
Support field ministries in hiring and onboarding as assigned
Process Staff Change Requests (SCRs) and ensure that records are maintained and forwarded to Personnel Records as requested
Serve alongside the Intern Coordinator to execute logistics of Preview Weekend
Provide logistical help for quarterly new hire gatherings in U.S. Capacity
Participate in team meetings and working groups
