Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
1+ years of experience in HR coordination or similar administrative roles
Proficient in HRIS software, particularly UKG
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Technical Tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, etc
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

Responsibilities
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of various Human Resource processes, including onboarding, separations, training, employee records, benefits, payroll, and evaluations
The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating essential Human Resource tasks, and providing support to team members and employees
Support Human Resource Department in all administrative support functions
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and separation processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and the organization
Coordinate onboarding sessions, handle necessary paperwork, and manage exit interviews
Facilitate training programs, maintain up-to-date employee records, and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries
Act as a liaison between employees and HR, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination
Manage payroll processes, including tracking hours, raises, and deductions, to ensure accurate and timely payments
Coordinate evaluation procedures, collect feedback, and produce comprehensive reports for HR activities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Coordinator to join the Lydecker team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of various Human Resource processes, including onboarding, separations, training, employee records, benefits, payroll, and evaluations. The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating essential Human Resource tasks, and providing support to team members and employees.
