· Source Profiles from Portals of Vacancies In Accordance With Jd’s As Intimated by Head- HR.
· Sourcing new consultant from Taloja, Silvassa area who dabble in Oil company recruitment.
· Preparing Data Bank and share the progress report
· Compile And Collate Attendance, Leave And Other Associated Reports Plant Wide And Region Provide Information On Gaps, Queries Required By CMD Secretariat/Hr Department.
· Undertake All Joining Formalities Consequent To Offer Dispatch ,Complete On Boarding Formalities, Prepare Personal File, Appointment Letter, All Testimonials Collection And Filing Of Candidate; Ensure Documentation Complete And Take Signature Of Hr Head For Personal File Completion And Storage In Rack./Filing Cabinet; Prepare Offer Letter With Break Up
· Biometric Attendance Completion Within 3 Days Of Joining At Head Office
· Track Consultant /Placement Candidates; Send 20 Day Report With Approval Of Head – Hr To HOD With Cc To CMD; Ensure Report Comes Within 30 Days Of Joining Of New Recruit; Route Report To CMD’s Office Through Head Hr For CMD Approval For Payment Processing On 45th Day Of Joining; If Candidate Assessment Unsuitable, Alert Head- Hr For Taking Remedial Measures.
· Prepare Probation Confirmation Form, Send To HOD Through Hr Head, Feedback Follow Up; Have Attendance And Performance Summary Of Entire Probation Period For CMD To Peruse Prior To Taking A Call On Confirmation. Prepare Confirmation Letter
· Filing & Documentation of all Personal Papers in Personal File; Stack Personal Files in Alphabetical
