Sitting within a large People and Culture team and reporting into a fantastic HR leader. This is a newly created role that will see you delivering high quality HR Administrative support in a high volume capacity. This is a perfect opportunity for a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator with 1-2 years experience, ideally from a HR operations role.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role within the People team to deliver excellent customer service & employee experience. Some of the duties you will be responsible for include but are not limited to:
Be the first point of contact and support for staff with People related queries
Manage, maintain the People shared email inbox
Generate staff contracts, letters and correspondence as required
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
Coordinate the offboarding process
Maintain People data
Assist across ad hoc HR reporting
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Administrative/ Coordinator role
Experience within a HR operations, ticketing style environment is advantageous
A systems savvy approach & quick learning style
Excellent communication skills & customer service
Strong attention to detail & ability to juggle multiple tasks.
