Job Description
1. Recruitment & Selection:
• Update job descriptions
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, Job Boards and employee references, to close vacancies.
• Source profiles through various channels
• Follow the hiring course of offer to appointment.
2. HR Operations:
• Manage End to End employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit.
• Maintain MIS .
• Preparation of necessary Reports and Data Analysis.
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Follow up with employees across the locations to complete tasks and update data, as and when required.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
• Support other assigned functions.
3.Compliance:
• Maintaining and updating on a timely basis of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, IT, MLWF etc) and Legal/ Labour issues.
• Ensure all branches fully compliant for Internal Audit.
4. Employee Engagement:
• Responsible for implementing communications, events and engagement plan.
• Coordinating end to end for organizing an employee event on a monthly basis..
Requirements
SKILLS Required:
• 4+ years in human resources generalist role
• Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
