We need HR Counselor vacancy in our IT company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, Indore(M.P
Job Location : Indore( M.P)
Experience : Minimum 6 months in IT Sector or Education sector or from IT Training Institute with great personality and good communication Hindi and English
1) Hiring for the job profile if needed by posting on different job portal, consultancy, Colleges, Companies, managing HR activities and operation whenever needed
2) Hiring for fresher Internship program , Finding leads from different sources and job portal , social media, and excel sheet, colleges, training institute, consultancy
2) Calling and taking updates from candidates who applied, Involved in marketing and tele sales activity, mailing , messaging , what sapping, tracking the report for admission
3) Time to time will be involved in events, seminars, workshops in discussion with managers, college TPOS, HOD, principial, directors
4) Explain admission procedures and IT courses offered to prospective College students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
5) Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the Company .
6) Sales and Target oriented, new ideas and leads.
