About the Internship: Key responsibilities: 1. Managing the recruitment life cycle 2. Search requirements of hiring, and connect with hiring and talent acquisition manager from start-ups to large enterprises. 3. Send contact information and email to discuss the Hiring requirements. 4. Source the candidate using Linkedin and other digital platforms, job boards, etc., call the interested candidates, screen for eligibility, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements 5. Work on calling and emailing the candidate and following up till onboarding 6. Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements 7. Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for hiring projects 8. Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements +. Work on market research and lead and prospect generation 10. Assist with product pitchings, presentations, and outbound calla 11. Target domestic and international clients 12. Handle meeting arrangements, coordination, and performance meetings with the clients 13. Work on calling and emailing the organization and following up till the business is received 14. Work on account management, client relations, and customer success 15. Learn, manage, and prioritize multiple searches for finding clients. Who can apply: 1. Proficiency in social media 2.
