Job Description:
HR Operations professionals manage the HR activities and operational aspects of the HR function. Their responsibilities include handling employee lifecycle processes (HR Policies, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, co-ordination and offboarding), maintaining HR systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and streamlining HR workflows.
They also serve as a bridge between management and employees, resolving workplace issues and supporting organizational goals through effective policy implementation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
Role and Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize HR processes to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
• Implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Resolve employee queries and workplace issues.
• Maintain and improve HR systems and workflows.
• Coordinate HR activities, manage operational tasks, and provide updates to senior management.
Requirements:
• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Share regular updates and insights with the Director.
• Experience in HR operations and team coordination.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively.
