A minimum of 10 years of Human Resource Information Systems experience, in a similar role (data consulting, business intelligence, analytics, data engineering) with a successful track record. Relevant experience in statistical modelling is considered a plus
• Experience in working on HRIS Projects (i.e. new HCM module implementation or HCM module deployment at a regional level) and experience working for an international company with remote management are a big plus
• Outstanding analytical, configuration and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to analyse, interpret and translate metrics into business insights
• Ability to package and present projections, trends, and data outlooks to Senior Leadership
• Ability to streamline data inputs in order to turn around timely analysis
• Good understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
• Understanding of HR Processes (Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Talent Management, etc.)
• Strong relationship building and communication skills with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, changing, highly demanding environment
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Fluent in English
