Job Description
The HR Data Analyst is a critical member of the HR Services team that provides expertise in workforce data, reporting and analysis for workforce initiatives. This role supports business needs by ensuring the right data, metrics and reporting is leveraged to drive better business decisions and supports efforts to standardize and optimize reports and metrics globally. A successful HR Data Analyst position leverages a deep understanding of HRIS like Workday, career dashboards, careers page as well as other HR related data to deliver value-added reporting solutions for HR and business users. This requires a proven ability to extract, manipulate, synthesize, and translate complex information from a variety of sources in an easy, effective format that is audience appropriate using Workday and other tools.
Key Responsibilities
Compile the HR Analytic data and metrics from the human resource information system (Workday), Career dashboards, Careers page etc. and put into appropriate formats for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other Senior Management meetings.
Help to prepare analytics for all other Global HR Streams and respond to ad hoc requests for data from across Fugro.
Maintaining databases, analysing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries.
Assist with uploads of data where required. Plan and execute migration of legacy data to core HR system.
Responding to Workday Support Tickets and user queries.
Create knowledge articles / responses that can be sent on a number of items which are requested by users frequently

Who You’ll Be Working With
You shall be a part of the HR Services Hub in India and shall work from our Mumbai office.
You will work closely with the global HRIS team which is a small close team, we work collaboratively every day and share ideas and solutions. You will also work with various members of the Global HR Team in support of HR Initiatives as well as local HR Teams all over the world.
Essential
Who we’re looking for
• HRIS Experience, preferably Workday
• Proficient in handling confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
Desirable
• General operational HR Experience
• Experience of working in a global role
• Project Management experience (HR Projects)
