Responsibilities:
Role:
This role is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR data updates such as Hire, Exit, Contractor management, Organizational change, Position management, Job and Compensation and other EC Admin activities in AMD HR System. Accountable to ensure the Accuracy, TAT, productivity of the Data updates that are handled in backend HR system. This position will provide a well-rounded experience of both upstream and downstream of HR domain.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Update and maintain Global employee HR data in Talent Connect (SuccessFactors) as per standard operating procedure.
2. Monitor and resolving the requests received through ServiceNow on data changes and data issues.
3. Approving the Pending workflow in Talent Connect (SuccessFactors) once verifying the supporting documents.
4. Mass upload of HR data using Import \ Export option in SuccessFactors.
5. Analyze the request and prepare the Input template for Mass upload and ensure post validation by exporting the data from system.
6. Should meet the SLA with 100% data quality for all transaction that are handled in the system.
7. Ensure all the activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory and Policy standards.
8. Sharing process insights and make recommendations to support operational decisions.
+. Provide UAT testing support for any Business\ System enhancement changes held in HR system.
10. Identify and Implement processes improvements which gives efficiencies to the HR team .
11. Maintain our HR database and conduct routine reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
12. Interacting with HR Business partners and other HR Stakeholders and providing guidance on the HR portal and HR data
13. Should be willing to work in night shifts and public holidays subject to business requirements.
14. Should adhere on hybrid model and desired work location.

Preferred Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources
2. 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources
3. 2+ years of work experience in SuccessFactors (HR)
4. Skilled in Microsoft office Package (Word, Excel)
5. Good communication skills - verbal and written.
6. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
7. Good time management and document preparation skills
8. Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices.

10. Demonstrates strong ability to communicate clearly and successfully through a variety of channels and circumstances.
11. Demonstrates teamwork and ability to meet deadline.
