Deputy Manager Human Resources Role Summary
The ideal candidate for this position will have 8-10 years of experience and a Master's degree or equivalent from a reputable institution. They will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Support: coordinating faculty, teaching fellow, and post-doctoral fellow recruitment, preparing and maintaining data trackers, and providing recommendations.
Employee Onboarding: facilitating new joiners' formalities, collecting relevant HR documents, organizing HR Induction, and providing standard training and guidance on HRMS application.
Payroll Coordination: preparing monthly payroll inputs, coordinating with departments, and maintaining payroll masters.
Other HR Related Tasks: supporting coordination and maintenance of employee medical insurance data, maintaining accurate data in HRMS and physical files, team management, and preparation of internal and employee related letters.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English language.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Advanced Excel Proficiency.
Strong Data Analysis Skills.
