We are seeking a highly motivated HR Development Associate to join our team. As an HR Development Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition for non-IT roles by screening resumes and applications, conducting phone screening and competency-based interviewing.
Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate HRIS records and support human resource planning and policy implementation.
Handle general office administration tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
