Job Summary:
The role of HR Trainee is a vital part of our organization. As an HR Trainee, you will be involved in various activities that contribute to the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department.
Main Responsibilities:
• You will meet with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues and refer complex problems to senior HR staff for resolution.
• In this capacity, you will also assist departments with their recruitment needs by liaising with agencies and advertisers.
• An essential part of your role will involve coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them, and administering job offers.
• You will conduct inductions of new staff members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Additionally, you will participate in collecting market salary information for our annual review process.
• Inputting data into the monthly payroll is another key responsibility.
• You will collaborate with other teams to produce and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Lastly, you will provide support to colleagues by responding to queries and addressing ad-hoc requests.
